The festive and whimsical atmosphere that Halloween helps to create makes it one of the best holidays on which to host an event. Let`s begin with the most important part of the whole wedding- the ceremony. You could go with more of a rustic, harvest look with bright, orange pumpkins and autumn leaves lining the aisle, or create more of a gothic feel by having an arbor or a chuppah draped with black colored fabric and accented with branches and twinkling lights. After your hauntingly beautiful ceremony concludes, guests can make their way to the cocktail hour where they will sign a faux, custom designed pumpkin that acts as a guestbook, and admire floating candles in tall, clear cylinder vases with dark branches floating at the bottom. High tabletops with amber up lighting underneath and small, black lanterns with gold candle votives will give guests a preview as to what magic awaits them inside the reception space.
